Description：
1. M-IS Series are the single axis stages. This series allows pitch-direction adjustment and the M6 and M4 tapped holes can be easily mounted with most components.
2. M-TP series allows pitch, yaw, and roll adjustment. Fine screw drive type and micrometer drive type are both available. As the same 2-axis-travelling stages, driven beneath the platform, TP-1 could sustain most optical system, while the side driven type TP-2 are more convenient in operation but the micrometer sometimes blocks.
3. M-TRS series allows pitch, yaw, and roll adjustment. The outstanding design of M-TRS let them meet both requirements of functional and convenient.
