Optical Pneumatic Vibration Isolator - M-LTC4-Series
The LTC4-Series are optical table feet which are used to isolate the optical laboratory system from vibration. The pneumatic system help to absorb the vibration and physical shock outside the optical system so that the optical system could be stable enough to fit the requirement of optoelectronics, nanotechnology, high precision microscope environment.
In the laboratory system, each LTC4 optical foot could load 200Kg and suppress the vibration with damping frequency lower than 1.5Hz. Number of optical feet, typically 4 or 6, would be differed depending on the total weight of optical system.
